OUR STORY

Ovidiu and Andrei first met in primary school, studying classical music. They were later high school class mates and went on to study Computer Science at the same university. After graduating, each of them spent the next 10 years accumulating relevant experience, both in business and technology. With that experience behind them, they decided to join forces and start Nordlogic.

We’ve been crafting solutions and products for our customers since 2006, and we are as young at heart now as we were when we started.

As both technology and customer expectations evolved, we were always at the leading edge, driven by our ultimate goal: making our customers happy. To achieve that, we communicate all along the way, we apply our own critical thinking and pitch our ideas, we become close partners and friends, not just mere consultants.

Our continuous search for top talent led us to expand beyond our initial office in Cluj-Napoca. We opened a second office in Oradea, another university town in Transylvania. Soon after, we launched our US subsidiary, based in Seattle. This enabled us to be closer to our American customers.

Everything we achieve we owe to our amazing team. In addition to the people that have been with us from the very beginning, we’ve added more talent along the way. Some were highly experienced when they joined, while other started eagerly and grew with us, through the internship programs we run every year.

In July 2022, we joined AROBS Group, a market leader in the software development industry with which we share common values. This represents an important milestone in our development, and we are proud to join forces with a partner that shares our values and vision for the future. AROBS was also founded in Cluj, and it is the largest tech company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. Following the transaction, the management of Nordlogic will continue to be ensured by Andrei Olariu (CEO), Ovidiu Codreanu (COO), and Ciprian Sorlea (CTO).
